A. We can comfortably accommodate up to 400 guests.
Q. Can I hold an indoor event at the Estate?
A. Yes! We can help you find the perfect spot for your event; whether it's by our peaceful lake, in one of the Estate's beautifully appointed rooms, or under the oaks on our landscaped grounds.

Tables Available: (4) 45" Round Tables, (3) 48" Round Tables, (20) 60" Round Tables, (5) Bistros,
(3) 6 ft Rectangular Tables, (2) 8 ft Rectangular Tables.
Chairs Available: (200) White padded folding chairs.
Tablecloths: Ivory table cloths are available for the tables we provide.
Other Items: Dance Floor, Lighting, Columns, Cake Plateaus, Cake Cutters, Arbor, 2 hour Bridal Portrait, 10 hours day of wedding, 1 hour for rehearsal, Set-up & breakdown of tables and chairs and Clean-up.
Q. May I use any vendors I want for my event?
A. Absolutely! We are happy to work with any vendors you choose. We only ask that all caterers be licensed and approved, prior to your event. Q. Does the Estate have a place for my bridal party to prepare for the wedding?
A. We have a beautifully appointed bride's room, complete with a powder room and full-length mirror. It is the perfect place for you and your bridesmaids to get ready for the big day! Typically, gentlemen arrive at the venue dressed. The groom and groomsmen may utilize the library as a place to relax prior to the wedding.”
Q. On my wedding day, how many hours will be provided? May I add more time if I need it?
A. All wedding parties are entitled to ten hours on the day of the wedding. We are happy to provide more time at a rate of $100/hr.
Q. Can I have bridal portraits done at the Estate?
A. Yes! All of our brides are welcome to bring their photographer for a free two-hour portrait session at the Estate.
Q. What about my wedding rehearsal?
A. One hour for your wedding rehearsal is included free of charge when you choose Hermitage-Rippy Estate as your wedding venue.

Q. Is the Estate available for events other than weddings?
A. The Hermitage-Rippy Estate is a wonderful place to host cocktail parties, corporate events, and seated dinners.
